We may also share Personal Information with a third party for specific purposes: verifying program participation or registration, promoting and marketing the Boy Scouts of America’s national high adventure programs, promoting and marketing the Triple Crown of National High Adventure (“Triple Crown”) and Grand Slam of National High Adventure (“Grand Slam”) programs, employment recruiting at the Boy Scouts of America’s national high adventure programs, and reporting who has earned the Triple Crown or Grand Slam awards within a specific geographic area. For these specific purposes, third parties include the Boy Scouts of America and its affiliates. In addition, other third parties may have access to Personal Information to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use information for any other purpose.
We do not sell or rent Personal Information. We do not share Personal Information for the purposes of promoting commercial products or services. Personal Information is not shared with third parties for the purpose of repeat communication (e.g., mail list or newsletter).

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

We do not handle or store credit card information. Payment transactions are processed through a third-party. To protect the safety of your credit card information, you will be directed to the third-party Squarespace checkout page that is protected by SSL. Squarespace is Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure your credit card data is safe and secure. Once you enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communication in full 128-bit encryption mode. The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https". Only our merchant payment processor stores credit card information. The merchant payment processor has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.
